4 -->The Opening Shloka in Kalidasa's Raghuvamsa...(Awesome)!!

This is one of my personal favorites...

--> I salute the parents of the world, Parvati and Parameswara, who are inseparable like the "vAk" (word) and "artha"(its meaning); to gain expertise in the right understanding of the words and their meanings.

I indeed feel this shloka is beautiful...the meaning makes it so!
Kalidasa wrote it as the opening verse for a literary masterpiece "Raghuvamsam".
What a wonderful comparison this is !!
The "word" and "its meaning" have been compared to "Parvati" and "Parameswara"...
As Siva and Sakti cannot exist without each other....so cannot the word and its meaning...
The meaning makes a word meaningful...
Just the meaning without the word also won't make any sense...
so, they are indeed "the inseparable..."

3 --> Here is a funny one...! *(Not to offend anybody)*

--> Oh Doctor, I salute you! You are the brother of Yama Raja(Lord Of Death). Yama Raja takes only the life, but doctor takes the money too! :D

2 -->

--> A quarter portion of all learning is obtained from the teacher, a quarter through his(the student's) own intellect. A quarter is obtained from his fellow students, and another quarter of the knowledge gets accumulated with the passage of time.

1 -->

--> There is no syllable from which a mantra cannot be made, there is no root (herb) from which a medicine cannot be made. There is no person who is incapable, who is difficult to find is the one who is organized.
